I don't know what all the complaints are about. This product works great. I use it for my wireless mouse, game pad, keyboard and various other devices as needed. I've had no problems so far and don't anticipate having any in the future. I'd gladly buy this product again. Highly recommended!

it works fine, I bought it so that way it didn't have all the ports right next to each other. Other than ONE port cable being flipped upside down, and its rather slow-ish speeds, there's no complaint about this thing. it works perfectly and for what I need it to do.

A great product for the price. Most devices I need to plug-in ... flash drive, cell phone, camera etc. do not need additional power. So, i found this to be good and modest price alternative to the powered-hubs. Get this with an extension cable (male-to-female) and you have a flexible, small-footprint usb hub on your desk.
